Metcon Madness 2025 Refund Policy

Registration:
Once the registration fee for a team has been paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to, personal conflicts, injury, change of plans, or travel restrictions.

Withdrawal:
In the unfortunate event that a team needs to withdraw from the competition, it is the responsibility of the team captain to notify the Metcon Madness administration by emailing info@remueracrossfit.co.nz. This notification must be made as soon as possible.

Please note, withdrawal from the event does not entitle the team to any refund or transfer of fees.

Team Member Changes:
If a member of your team can no longer participate, no refunds will be provided. However, you may arrange for someone else to take their place by notifying Metcon Madness via info@remueracrossfit.co.nz. It is the responsibility of the team captain to manage any changes, including the sale or transfer of the spot to another individual.

If you would like to explore alternative payment options or set up a payment plan, please contact us prior to registration at info@remueracrossfit.co.nz to discuss arrangements.
